Completing a second story addition is not an easy task in any means especially when we were still living in the home during the construction period.  However, your team was very professional and courteous to both us and our children during this time.  I can not thank you enough.  You were great to work with and always went above and beyond to help us in any way.  You always made yourself available and followed the project through its completion.  The addition stayed on its anticipated time frame during each phase of the project because of your direction.

I would be happy to recommend you and your company to anyone.  I have enclosed some before and after photos and what an unbelievable sight!  I am so happy we are no longer the "ugliest house on the block" but instead one of the most beautiful!  We are so happy and have you to thank.

Paramount never made any promise that the addition would be done before the baby arrived but they would do their best.  All the other contractors said it just wasn't possible.  Long story short, the last tile was being placed while I was recovering in the hospital with our new baby girl.  The scheduling of all the trades was impressive.  Lou kept on top of all that had to be done at all times.  If there was a question, we could call him any time, and we did (weekends, nights, etc.) he would always call us right back and have an answer for everything we asked him.  He was very professional as well as comfortable to speak with (just a really nice guy).

I am an architect and did the drawings for our second floor addition.  It was impressive how well Paramount stuck to the plans, and estimated the materials needed.  Truckloads were always delivered days before, and never delayed any step of the project.  The first day of construction was so exciting.  I sat outside and watched the roof get ripped off in just a few hours.  The men were all over the house, all experienced, knowing exactly what had to be done.  I loved it!  Within a day the beginning of the frame work was up for our future master suite, and by the end of the second day we were able to walk through the space and get the feeling of the rooms.  In the following weeks everything moved smoothly and steady.  We stayed in a hotel for the first two weeks and then moved back into our first floor for the remainder of the project.

I would highly recommend Paramount Renovations to anyone. Our addition came out beautiful. I have heard so many horror stories from working in the field, and I can honestly say I was very impressed at how smoothly our project went.

I realize, now, that as a first time home owner, I may have been a bit overwhelming, overbearing, over the top, at times, maybe (I was!), but neither of you ever showed any notice of it. We had a short time line due to us expecting our first child. Our house was done one month ahead of schedule and provided a wonderful homecoming for our little girl.

Lou was at the house every single day until the project was complete.
